It’s normal to feel worried or concerned about certain aspects of life. However, when these worries start to dominate your daily life and impact your emotional well-being, it may indicate an Anxiety Disorder. People with anxiety often feel a lack of control over their lives, fearing the unknown and the future, which leaves them feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed.

Common types of Anxiety Disorders include Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety (or Social Phobia), Panic Attacks, Phobias, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Sometimes, we are unaware of our feelings and emotions and how they affect our lives. However, suppose you have been experiencing for some time low mood, sadness, loneliness, emptiness, anger, frustrations, negative thoughts about yourself, poor self-esteem and self-confidence, tiredness, poor appetite or overeating, poor sleep hygiene or oversleeping, intrusive thoughts about death or wishing not been here to avoid your problems, amongst other symptoms. In that case, it is pretty likely that you have a Depression Disorder.

Individuals with emotional traumas may experience a mix of anxiety and depressive symptoms, along with feelings of guilt that impact their emotional and psychological health

Therapy aims to assist you in gaining a better understanding of your relationship. The goal is for you to reflect on your behavior and feelings towards your partner, husband, or wife and to consider what changes or modifications each of you is willing to make to improve the relationship. Ultimately, the objective is to work together as a team, if possible.

Feeling angry when things don’t go as we expect is normal, just like feeling depressed or anxious. However, if you find yourself frequently experiencing excessive anger and reacting aggressively or violently to situations that don’t warrant such a response, and it’s causing problems in your personal relationships, you may be dealing with anger issues.

It’s possible that these behaviors come from unresolved emotional conflicts from childhood. People dealing with this issue may try to conceal, deny, or mask their emotional struggles by engaging in unhealthy and self-destructive behaviors.
